Appointments (note this has been suspended due to the COVID19 pandemic situation)
Note - you can now register to book and cancel GP appointments on line through the NHS My Health On Line Portal. You must complete the MHOL application form on the front page of this site and bring it into the Surgery along with valid, in date photographic identification (ie passport or driving licence). We ask that you bring the form and identification in after 2.00pm daily. A member of staff will then register you to use My Health Online and provide you with a letter outlining access details to the site.
When you call the surgery to make an appointment, the receptionist will ask you if you require a soon or a routine appointment.
Please note that emergency same-day appointments will only be offered to patients once they have spoken to a doctor and the doctor has deemed that this is clinically appropriate. We encourage all requests for emergency appointments to be made before 10am each day so that we have enough clinical resources available to deal with these requests.
Appointments - When you call the surgery to make an appointment, the receptionist will ask you if you require a soon or a routine appointment.
If you request a routine appointment you will be offered one with the next available doctor within the next 2 weeks.
If you request a soon appointment you will be offered one with the next available doctor within the next 2-3 working days.
If you have a problem which you consider to be an emergency then the receptionist will take your contact details and will ask for a brief description of the problem and will then arrange for a doctor to call you back to discuss the problem. Please ensure you give the receptionist the correct contact number and ensure you are able to take the doctor’s call. Once you have spoken to the doctor they will then schedule either an emergency, soon or routine appointment as appropriate.

Unwaith y byddwch wedi siarad â'r meddyg byddant yn trefnu naill ai apwyntiad argyfwng, buan neu arferol fel y bo'n briodol.
Nodwch, os gwelwch yn dda, y bydd apwyntiadau argyfwng ar ddiwrnod y cais ond yn cael eu cynnig i gleifion ar ôl iddynt siarad â meddyg a’r meddyg yn ystyried ei fod yn glinigol addas.
Cancelling Your Appointment
If for any reason you are unable to attend for a booked appointment, we would ask that you let us know as soon as possible so that we can offer the appointment to another patient.
Doctors will be happy to provide telephone advice to you. Please ask the receptionist if you wish to speak to a doctor. Surgery consultations are not interrupted so you may have to wait for a return call.
Parking and Access
Our Surgery is purpose-built and suitable for patients with physical disabilities with ramp access. All consulting rooms are located on the ground floor of the building. We have a large waiting area with a play area for children. There are parking spaces for 22 cars as well as a cycle parking area, which are provided for the use of patients. If you find that the car park is full there is a public car park situated behind the surgery.
